The lettering of the latest work occasionally recalls the typeface of mechanical typewriters, yet it belongs to the era in which writing distances itself from paper.

The 2.0 revolution is the flattest theme from a visual, if not chromatic, perspective, as if representing an anthropological involution, or at the very least, an existential fading.

The low-key life, to put it in Arbasino's words.
The human element does not appear.

What we see is the behind-the-scenes, the interior of the new artificial world: the programming language that sustains the Web, the circuits inside the plastic box...

"I HAVE A SIM, THEREFORE I AM".
To be or not to be digital? The physicality of an instrument like the slicer is covered with symbols of the immaterial.

The flesh and the disembodiment, material reality and virtual reality.
The digital machine, stripped bare, lacks even the aesthetic nobility of the expressionist android robot from Metropolis, the charm of the "false Maria" in the Yoshiwara brothel.

It is a different movie.
"The Matrix is everywhere.
It is all around us.
Even now, in this very room.
It is what you see when you look out your window or when you turn on your television."

If it is everywhere, it is nowhere.
At least visually.
Even the color becomes holographic.
