Wie Viele Bist Du?

Wie Viele Bist Du? marks the directorial debut of Viennese filmmaker Roman Padiwi, a first feature film born from a dense, vibrant synergy lived step by step.
For this film, Yonah's collaboration translated into an organic corpus of visual interventions, where artistic craftsmanship becomes the structure and atmosphere of the moving image.

The beginning of the film is entrusted to an introductory sequence in which time seems to dilate: a graphic animation generated from the deep, black soul of China ink, where every single frame guards the vibration and the sensitive trace of the hand-drawn sketch.
This graphic purity does not remain isolated, but propagates and merges along the entire arc of the film with sophisticated VFX and CGI interventions.
Digital effects and computer graphics, entirely conceived and shaped in the atelier, integrate into the filmic texture not as an elementary artifice, but as a natural poetic extension of the tale.

A narrative that crossed the boundaries of post-production to become a physical presence on set. Among the architectures of Vienna and the green shadows of the Wienerwald woods, Unexpected Custom took an active part in the filming.
Tangible protagonists of the film are the matter and light of the special motorbike Jugendstil n°5 and its matching helmet, symbols of an aesthetics that abandons the static nature of the art gallery to run and breathe inside the frame.
